Consultant (Escrow-like) for Expedited Sale of Businesses and Building.

We (Seller and Buyer) are looking to sell a building (company #1) that has 3 businesses (#2,#3,#4) inside the building. The buyer wants to buy the building (#1) and also businesses #2 and #3. However the deal can not happen unless a separate buyer is found for business #4 and signs as a tenant with the Buyer. It is a cash deal. We are working with escrow companies and lawyers but it is taking longer than expected. Looking for someone who has experience in this type of deals and would be able to find a fast escrow company (or alternatives) until the lawyers draw the contracts and all of them are signed.
