Construction Business Management

Looking for someone experience in starting or managing a commercial construction business. We are currently a residential concrete construction business but would like to get into commercial work and need someone to guide us in this process. This would include getting the appropriate licenses and everything needed for this. Please apply only if you have experience doing this. I do not want someone that will research and try to learn. I need someone that already knows what to do.
