I’m rolling out a full-spectrum waste programme that covers collection and disposal, recycling and re-use, plus practical waste-reduction initiatives for a midsize organisation. I already have general goals and a rough budget in place; what I need now is a specialist who can translate those goals into a clear, actionable plan and guide early implementation.
Your task will be to assess our current waste stream, propose improvements for each stage—pickup logistics, material recovery, on-site reduction—and outline measurable targets we can present to management. I’m particularly interested in proven methods that have cut landfill tonnage and operating costs elsewhere.
