I'm looking for a seasoned professional or team that can assist me in starting a company in the USA from the ground up. The scope of work includes:
- Business Plan Development: I need help creating a solid business plan from scratch. This should include market analysis, financial projections, operational plans, and more.
- Legal and Regulatory Guidance: I require comprehensive support navigating the legal landscape. This includes incorporation and registration, compliance with regulations, contract drafting and review, and more. I'm not entirely sure what I need, so I need someone who can guide me through the process.
- Marketing Strategy: Once the business plan is in place, I will need assistance in developing a marketing strategy to promote the new business.
