Comprehensive Mobile Notary & Delivery Services

I am seeking expertise to develop a comprehensive business plan for my mobile notary and loan signing venture in Massachusetts. Beyond notary and loan signing, the business will also provide other mobile services such as:

- Document signing
- Delivery services
- General notary work
- Certified copies
- Field inspections
- Fingerprinting
- I-9 and CORI verification
- Remote online notarizations
- Apostille runner

My target demographic expands to individuals, small businesses, mortgage and loan companies, legal professionals, and real estate professionals who require these services. A substantial aspect of the business model would be to assist entities in need of I-9 verification, CORI checks or fingerprinting.

The right freelancer for this job should have experience in business planning, specifically within the mobile service industry, and a strong grasp of marketing strategies such as online advertising, local networking, and social media marketing. An understanding of the real estate sector would be beneficial, as building robust relationships with industry professionals is a key part of my envisioned marketing strategy. Additionally, having a background in striking partnerships with loan and mortgage companies would be a strong plus.

Your role will be to give structure and direction to these ideas, helping me forge a clear path to win the Massachusetts market and ensuring the longevity of my business.

I am seeking $20,000.00 in funding from either loans, grants or investors or a combination of the three. This will be a LLC. I am the owner and founder and the only employee at the moment. As business expands then employees will be hired for assistance.

I am open on nights, weekends, and holidays. Looking to have a mobile office set up for convenience which some of the funding will go towards.
