ABC Learning Programs are high value (Rs~60k) annual/ multi year programs that come with self learn digital apps, phygital assisted learning/ hands on play based games and online live classes that the parents enrol their 4-8 year old into. However, the usage, engagement and retention of the consumer in the program is highly dependent on the child engaging with the program and parents believing that the expected learning outcomes are being delivered. High % returns during the initial period and low engagement and usage by children are key pain points for the business and parents.
Brief.
Define the consumer journey map and service needs at each stage.
Design a delight consumer experience and learning outcome delivery that will differentiate ABCs Early Learn in the market and drive high retention and renewals into higher grades programmes/ upgrades into adjacent programmes (e.g. coding classes, english/ phonics classes, Edu Toy Boxes etc)
Define the structure/ teams and KPIs that will enable delivering the above
