US-Canada Cross-Border Trucking Startup

I'm planning an ambitious new venture - launching a trucking business that will operate both within the US and involve cross-border transportation between the US and Canada. This would involve establishing a US-based business. Key to this project is the hiring of 2-3 employees - who will primarily serve as truck drivers - that currently only have work visas and live in Canada. I'm seeking expert guidance and services in legal, business planning, and HR matters.

My ideal freelancer would have:

- Experience helping Canadian entrepreneurs to legally establish businesses in the United States
- Familiarity with visa and immigration-related considerations, particularly for employers making hires across the Canada-US border
- Background in the trucking industry, specifically experience with setting up operations
- Expertise in HR operations to ensure that everything runs smoothly, and legal responsibilities are met, once staff is hired
