Business strategy - Indoor cricket nets & facility

Task:
Develop a comprehensive business plan for a facility to be used for
a) Cricket coaching on weekends + during the day (3 nets available with bowling machine hire)
b) Indoor cricket matches 3-4 times a week (developing a marketing plan, strategy, pricing, targeted # of teams, operations required to coordinate etc) (only 1 match can be held at any one time. If indoor match held, it will take up all 3 cricket nets hence no net or bowling machine hire possible)
c) Personal training sessions during the week / yoga / gym
d) Identify additional revenue opportunities to maximise facility usage during the week
(i.e birthday parties, gym use, coaching packages, Cafe, sports shop etc)

Can provide some financials. Need to work out a revenue upside potential

Preferable someone experienced in working with sporting facilities and monetising them.
References of revenue potential of venues in Australia would be looked upon favourably.
