I need someone to layout a business plans and a series of letters of commitment for people to help the business plan.
I don't need projections or anything like that. I just need layouts of what we will be doing and commitment letters for 3 sectors: Gov, None Profit and Business sectors.
The person that takes this job has the opportunity to work with us monthly payments and rewards for contracts. This first contract is almost a guarantee to get approved after its done well.
