Business plan writer

I am planning to open a gym and barbers in the same premises . Including a sunbed room and a therapy room. I will have written up the majority of key information with regards to the business, however I need someone to write up the plan for me in an appropriate format and adding anything they believe is key to achieve bank investment :

Add additional information concerning secondary research on : the gym industry , the barbering industry , pricing, trends, mate local area

Primary research : using the questionnaire I have created and anything else necessary.

Also put the plan together in a well presented way sense checking spelling and the flow of the document. Make sure I haven’t missed anything and add in regards to the plan.

Add information concerning my marketing plan and strategy, SWOT analysis

Cash flow forecast and financials for 1-5 years

I would prefer the person is based in the UK so that they have a better understanding of the UK economic climate.
