Business plan needed for a cryptocurrency mining company

I need a business plan for a business which is all about mining cryptocurrency involving mining BTC on ASIC's mining machines in a warehouse or industrial building.
For mining cryptocurrency, I will be using existing mining pools teaming up with other miners to get reward's faster. I will be using software that acts as a proxy to my miners and funnels all there mining into the one pool and also keeps track of exactly how much work each miner has done keeping track of each miner's individual ROI.
The ROI will be set to one year and will include paying off the cost of the miner's. Each miner will also pay a share of the Taxes, rent, power and labor cost's. Any income left after all this is the profit for mining and the profit of all miners is divided by company founders and owners.
