I'm launching my wholesale business of Argentinian empanadas for restaurants, bakeries, delis, and other food stores. I'm located in Fair Lawn NJ and my idea is to start locally. The Argentinian empanadas are baked and healthier than empanadas from other countries and have very good acceptance among the American customers.

My goal is to be an alternative for pizza. The empanadas have 14 different flavors to satisfy everybody's taste buds.

Due to the long elaboration time that these empanadas take, it is economically more advantageous for the merchant to buy them already made than to elaborate them in their own premises if they are not made in large quantities. In addition to the shortage of labor that the country is currently experiencing, the outsourcing of products that require a long time to produce is an opportunity that the market offers.

At least must include:
- Industry overview.
- Objectives.
- Market analysis.
- Timeline
- Competitors research.
- Business problem statement (lack of employees to perform cooking works)
- Marketing plan and sales (step by step).
- SWOT Analysis- Financial projections.
- Funding request

I will need a comprehensive business plan in addition to strategic planning and a detailed action plan, as well as a PowerPoint presentation for business pitching. I expect to receive a lengthy Word document, Excel workbook, and Powerpoint presentation.
