Business plan for family entertainment center in Cullman Alabama

I am seeking a skilled freelancer to help me develop a comprehensive business plan for a family entertainment center that will be located in Cullman, Alabama. The target audience for this center will be families and a center for birthday parties and rooms to reserve.
I also want the business plan to seem authentic and not too burdensome to read.
