Business plan for UK and LITHUANIA EMI company

PRIFINANCE ESTONIA seeks an agent for cooperation in drafting business plans for FinTechs and EMIs (electronic money institutions) registered in UK and LITHUANIA.

A candidate should demonstrate:
A completed or WIP degree in Economics, Entrepreneurship or Business Administration (knowledge of or background in Law is an advantage);
Understanding and knowledge of the FinTech sector (working or experience in a FinTech or banking field is an advantage);
A strong command of English (B2+ or native); Lithuanian language is an advantage;
Experience in, or otherwise academic record of developing and completing business plans;

A candidate will perform the following tasks:
Work with PRIFINANCE ESTONIA's legal and management team on projects involving the obtainment of EMI and payment institution authorizations from the national financial regulatory bodies, such as the Bank of Lithuania;
Advise the client on the development and adaptation of their business idea to the demands of the European and Lithuanian FinTech market;
Draft, amend and formalize a business plan in accordance with the client's demands, the business idea, and the applicable legal framework.
