Business plan for JTA firm

Writing 80 business plan for a venture capital firm in Kyrgyzstan. This is an international contract. The payment is paid after finance of the project. 30 business plan is guaranteed to be paid if others are not financed, the will be free of charge if proved official denial from investors. We need an integrated mechanism to prove if the investor denied the projects and can verify it. There will be a massive penalty if the firm showed dishonesty with denial of the projects to waive fees. Most importantly, this contract muse underline and deliver a clear message that it will be held in a court of law if the contract was violated. The defendant must pay for the lawyers and all other fees if contract is violated.
