Business plan for ISO Certification

I am creating a business plan to start operation in UAE ISO certification company for my new venture. My plan is focused on attaining multiple ISO standards, including ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), ISO 27001, ISO 22301 etc. in order receive franchise for my business. The business plan I need will ensure that I'm able to secure funding, properly guide business operations, and attract new clients. Having the plan in place will give me the blueprint I need to successfully obtain the certifications I need to move forward with my business’s development.
