Business plan follow-up

We recently completed a business plan for a new pastry business operating in the United States. We require some follow-up related to the following:

1/ Clarity concerning sufficiency of capital contributions/investment to support operations in first year,

2/ Time table for commencement of operations (1st year),

3/ Feasibility or market research supporting the ability of company to support the salary of the CEO in the US within the first year of operation
