My goal is to create a business plan for exciting hands-on cooking classes demonstrated by international chefs in small group setting. Each class will pair with a delicious wine or cocktail from the country of cuisine being prepared and consumed. We will foster a fun filled and unforgettable immersive atmosphere where everyone will gain exposure to cultural culinary skills and authentic flavors. The primary objective of this business plan is to secure funding to get my company off the ground. My business is focused on the tourists visting our local wineries, date night plans, ladies night plans, meaning that my efforts will be directed primarily toward customers within visiting the wineries or locals. I'm looking for an experienced freelancer to develop an effective strategy for my business and facilitate the growth of my venture. The plan should consider all aspects of the business such as organization, customer needs, product information, pricing structure, competitor analysis, profitability potential, and market analysis.
