Business plan

I am looking for a freelancer to help me create a business plan to attract partners and investors for my product-based and service business. I already have financial projections in place, so I'm looking for someone who can use those projections to assemble a well-structured and persuasive business plan to help me reach my goals. I will need someone with strong technical writing skills who understands financial concepts and can accurately represent my business’s goals and objectives.
