Business plan

I’m looking for a business plan. I am already in business with several businesses in fact.
Recently my teenage daughters have been visiting a tanning salon out with our local area which is really busy. Which got me thinking a sun-bed shop would be good business sense closer to home. I have found a suitable property for lease and I now require a business plan to go forward with the property.
