Business case

The assignment requires to develop a business case for an app that relays information for use by the senior management. The app is an alternative to accessing an Executive Support System via a web browser on a desktop computer or a notebook. A business case is a structured document that lays out all the relevant information needed to make a go/no-go decision. The student could scan her workplace environment and identify information requirements, key users etc. Do note that this is not a research report. All care must be taken so that this report conveys the intended meaning of a business case for senior management to review and make a decision.
