Business Plan for sports related business

Hey there!

I am looking for an exceptionally skilled freelancer to help me create a captivating business plan including financial models. I would like the business plan to work for both private investment and a bank loan. The intended business is for a brick-and-mortar sports-related establishment with multi-revenue streams coming from classes, excursions, retail (online and offline), and food and beverage. The plan should also propose a multi-facility rollout within Canada as an option.

The plan should also include start-up costings including build-out, equipment purchase, initial PR and marketing pushes...basically, everything and investor or lender would need to capture the full picture. Again, the plan should be dynamic and be easy for me to tweak the financials if I desire.

I would like the plan delivered within 4/8 weeks and I am looking for someone with a passion for sports and someone who is VERY detail orientated with the ability to add recommendations. Ideally, you will be based in North America for easy communication and we will require a video call once hired.
