I am looking for someone to develop a Business Plan for a University or College that will be concentrating on Computer Science as well as Pharmacology. The College will initially cater towards 1000 students
The location will be in the Caribbean.
The Business plan will have to be a professional Business plan which can form the basis of a reasonable discussion for development of the business.
