Business Plan for USDA SBA Loan

Seeking talent to write a Business Plan with attractive content towards SBA, USDA Rural Development (and other potential investors) to fund acquisition of a 3D cement printer. Additional funds to hire and train technicians including capital to acquire real estate in a rural underpopulated area to build multifamily housing will be needed. This 3D printer prints real cement homes in 1/3 of the overhead and time of conventional stick (wood) homes. Its easier on environment and less to no waste than the traditional building of homes.. Emphasis on helping the housing shortage on all facets should be included. Accurate demographics for the state of Arkansas (as to costs compared to traditional home construction and housing needs) should be the focus. That the 3D Printing of cement homes can save, improve and be the new way of future home construction! Not to overlook the important aspect of unheard of profitability not usual in this industry as well as new founded desirability will be established. This will be the first of its kind in Arkansas so no competition to over come or smother the introduction. So, WE will be the market.
