Business Plan for Social Media Marketing Startup

I require a business plan for an idea I established and worked on for 6 months. The business is regarding social media marketing and have been tested on Instagram platform and the results are gathered for domestic users. The English version of the product is also ready in addition to the domestic version. The plan is to release the product on other similar social media platforms for international users.
A few files containing the research and development results will be sent to you as a baseline to work on. Any other desired files or research will be in your scope of work for this project.
At the end, I need 3 files as the project output: Excel file for financial costs and expenditure, a pitch deck presentation and the business plan pdf file.
This project is going to be done for an international startup visa procedure (specially Canada Startup visa) and the budget for the first year will be 150,000 $. The first 5-year financial forecast is needed as well.
The first-year forecast for required business roles/positions is at least 5 positions which is provided in one of the files forwarded. You can change the number of roles based on what is well-suited but keep the minimum number as instructed.

Finally, please give me your time and cost estimate to complete this project as soon as possible.
