I am looking for an experienced freelancer who can create a comprehensive operational business plan for a liquor store. The successful candidate should have prior experience in similar projects and should be able to demonstrate past work for reference. The scope of the project is writing only, and does not include any additional activities such as consulting, research, analysis, or design. The operative plan should cover all practical aspects of running the store, including finance related forecasting, legal considerations, risk management, and services offerings. Old or existing data should also be taken into account where applicable. The plan should provide a realistic view of the business’ potential and provide enough detail to support decision making. Additionally, documentable evidence should be provided in support of all claims and assumptions used in the plan.
