We need a basic business plan for a start-up adult toys online store. We also stock men and women underwear, lingerie, bedroom costumes, and swimwear of all adult sizes. We are Internet based; we do not trade in brick and mortal shops.
Although we presently sell solely on a website, we plan to open shops on ebay, and amazon in the near future to boost sales.
This business is based on a drop-shipping format so we've got no need for storage costs. We only operate online so we do not pay rents; and this business is operated by only one person who happens to be the company owner, so we have no over-head salary expenses.
