Business Plan / corporate strategy development and finalisation

I am looking for a freelancer who can assist me in developing and finalising a business plan and corporate strategy that is aimed at attracting investors in marketing services and E-learning.
We already have a number of quite developed strategies we have written that need finalising, improving and brought together in one document. So there is already a lot of content to work from.
My business is currently in the growth stage, and I have specific goals in mind for this plan.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Proven experience in developing successful business plans and corporate strategies
- Strong understanding of investor requirements and what attracts them
- Ability to conduct market research and analysis to support the plan
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey the plan to potential investors
