Business Plan Writer w/ Family & Education Industry Experience

I am a strong writer but not for a business audienxe. I am in need of business plan writer for an early childhood development center. The immediate need is for a plan to submit for loans and grants. The business has been open for 10 years but I acquired the business earlier this year after running it for the past 6 years. I am a new business owner but the business itself is not new.
