Business Plan & Financials for service based Kiosk

I'm looking for a professional to create a comprehensive business plan and financial projections for a kiosk that provides entertainment and recreational services primarily targeted at teenagers and young adults.

I am in talks with a hotel to place the kiosk there so They require a business plan and also financial projections to see the model
