Business Plan

I have created a web app like Quickbooks where clients can set up their own individual share hosting private server. I need to know the usability/marketability of my app within my area that is why I need a proper business plan. I am looking to market this locally for now (example market: Rice mill manufacturers).

I can give access to my web app to the freelancer whom I will hire for full research and testing.
