To create a business plan presentation for a trading company that is only agent for 2 manufacturers, 1of the companies is an electronic equipment manufacturer and the other one is an oilfield valves manufacturer. We would like to increase our current profit and to expand the scope of work with getting more manufacturers. The company had more manufacturers before and due to a band management and poor tracking and neglecting clients it was reduced to 2.
