Business Grant Proposal for Clothing

I need a short, compelling grant proposal to secure funding for growing my clothing business and expanding inventory. what i need for this grant: this is a "help with a side hustle" grant, its for any business and they have only 2 questions, how are you translating your passion into a business. and, how will this grant make your dream a reality.
my answers that need a little help: i always wanted to be a fashion designer, now I'm designing graphic t shirts and selling jeans and other accessories to go along with them.
the grant will help pay down some credit card debt from acquiring inventory and help with much needed supplies and marketing to continue to grow into a more personalized design clothing company
