Assist in UK Bank Account Opening & Warehouse Setup

I'm in need of someone based in the United Kingdom to help me in two critical areas:
1. Bank Account Setup:
- I'm looking for assistance in opening a UK bank account. This requires someone who is well-versed in the banking procedures in the UK, ideally having experience in dealing with international clients setting up domestic bank accounts.
2. Welding Fabrication Warehouse:
- I'm also aiming to share a welding fabrication warehouse which location is yet to be determined. I require assistance in finding a suitable space, preferably someone with experience in sourcing warehousing for industrial operations.
The ideal freelancer for this job would have experience in banking practices, international business, and industrial real estate in the UK. Knowledge in industrial warehouse management would be a plus.
