hybrid estate agent / online estate agent

Hi
I am running estate agency high street in UK London last 15 years , now i am considering the to add hybrid or online along with traditional estate agency I need a help to start that online agency as extension of traditional , for that i need some who can help to develop the strategy how to do that by doing market research what and how existing online estate offering their services in-terms as follow
1) commission charging to Vendor
2) develop the options
3) how to add the extension to the existing website and offering the online services along with as traditional estate agent
Note ;- i don't need a help to develop the software the existing CRM i am using its already capable to do that.
