Traditional Restaurant Launch Assistance
Budget: $50 – $0 USD
I am getting ready to open a full-scale restaurant that celebrates authentic Indonesian traditional dishes and will initially focus on delivery orders before expanding to dine-in. I already have the broad vision but I need a seasoned partner who can translate that vision into a concrete, investor-ready plan and an actionable rollout roadmap.
Here’s what I still require:
• Solid market and location analysis that tells me where a traditional menu can win and what the competitive landscape looks like.
• A detailed business plan covering menu engineering, supplier sourcing, kitchen workflow, staffing levels, CAPEX/OPEX estimates, and three-year financial projections.
• Brand assets: name options, positioning statement, and a look-and-feel guide that fits the local culture yet feels contemporary.
• Step-by-step licensing checklist for a restaurant that will start with delivery (GoFood, GrabFood, ShopeeFood, etc.) and later accommodate dine-in traffic.
• A launch-phase marketing playbook—social media calendar, promo mechanics, and collaboration ideas with food influencers—to generate buzz from day one.
Acceptance criteria
The final hand-over must include a fully editable business-plan document (Word or Google Docs), a financial model (Excel or Google Sheets) and a slide deck that I can use for pitching. All research sources must be cited, and any design elements should be delivered in open, layered files (AI/PSD or Figma).
If you’ve taken a traditional concept from idea to opening day before—especially one that relied heavily on delivery—your experience will be invaluable. Let me know how you would tackle this project, which tools you prefer, and your estimated timeline for each milestone.
