I am in the early stages of launching The Vault, a creator-focused platform designed to connect writers, artists, animators, developers, readers, and creative teams in one ecosystem. The Vault will combine elements of a creator community, project collaboration platform, publishing hub, creator portfolio system, events platform, and future marketplace.
I am looking for an experienced business-planning and startup strategy partner who can help turn the idea into a realistic, investor-ready business plan. This is not a simple local business plan. I need someone who understands platform-based businesses, creator economies, communities, marketplaces, subscriptions, and digital growth.
What I need help with:

• 12 to 36 month projections
• User acquisition strategy

The final deliverable should be a clean, data-driven business plan I can use for funding conversations, bank discussions, strategic planning, and day-to-day execution.I am also looking for someone who can challenge assumptions and point out risks early. I do not want someone who only fills in a template. I want honest strategy, research, and practical guidance.
