Strategy document design and editorial

I'm looking for a freelancer to help me design and edit a professional strategy document for internal use within my organization (a charitable foundation). I need someone who can create a document that looks professional, while still conveying the right message. The freelancer should also be able to help with the editorial portion of the document. I'm also looking for 4-5 PowerPoint slides to accompany the document for board presentation purposes. I have corporate slide templates to use.
