Strategic Plan Template Development
Budget: $30 – $250 NZD
I’m putting together a reusable strategic and business plan framework that my internal team can pick up, customise quickly, and present with confidence. The finished template should walk users through the key sections we rely on—Vision and Mission Statement what we stand for, a guided SWOT Analysis, and clearly structured Goals & Objectives (short term - less than 6 months, medium (6 to 12 months) and long term - greater than 12 months), budget and any other areas a business/ strategic plan should focus on —so those elements need to be front-and-centre and easy to populate.
Here is what will make this template truly useful to us:
• Editable formats: an intuitively laid-out PowerPoint deck for presentations and a matching Word (or Google Docs) version for detailed write-ups.
• Instructional cues: brief prompts or sample text in each section so team members understand what to fill in and how much depth is expected.
• Clean, professional design that remains neutral enough to suit any industry we might be supporting.
• Logical flow: introduction, the three core components above, and a concluding summary slide/page that auto-pulls the key points (simple formulas or linked fields are fine).
• Consistency: identical headings, colour palette, and typography across both formats so switching between doc and deck feels seamless.
Deliverables
1. PowerPoint (.pptx) template with the sections noted, ready for branding tweaks.
2. Word/Google Docs template mirroring the same structure.
3. A one-page quick-start guide outlining how to adapt the template and recommended word counts per section.
I’ll review for clarity of prompts, visual polish, and ease of editing before signing off. Looking forward to a template that helps us to create a well structured business plan.
