Startup Plan & Investor Pitch Deck

My mobile-app startup is in the development stage and will serve both consumers and businesses, so I now need a fully investor-ready package that makes the opportunity crystal clear. The assignment is split into two tightly connected parts: a detailed written business plan and a visually compelling 10–15 slide pitch deck suitable for VC meetings.
The plan must map out market potential—TAM, SAM and SOM charts backed by solid data—then dive into positioning, go-to-market tactics and a clear competitive matrix. I also need a granular unit-economics breakdown (CAC, LTV, payback, margin) and a three-year integrated financial model that covers P&L, cash flow and balance sheet, with key assumptions easy to tweak in Excel or Google Sheets.
The deck should translate the narrative into sharp, graphic-rich slides built in PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides, echoing the structure of the plan while staying punchy and visual enough for busy investors.
