Startup Business Plan & Financial Modeling

I am the founder of an early-stage startup operating in Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Jordan. The company is pre-revenue and has a clear business model in short-term rental setup, furnishing, and property management.

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to work collaboratively with me to build a complete business plan and financial model inside PrometAI.

Scope includes:

Structuring the business plan based on my business model

Building realistic financial assumptions (pre-revenue startup)

Completing P&L, cash flow, and projections

Generating a professional business plan presentation / pitch deck

This is a collaborative role: I will explain the business model and decisions; the freelancer will structure, model, and implement them professionally.

Required experience:

Business plans for startups

Financial modeling

Experience with PrometAI, Upmetrics, or similar tools

Ability to explain assumptions clearly

Please include:

Relevant examples of business plans or financial models

Tools you have used (PrometAI / Upmetrics / Excel, etc.)
