SBA Loan Business Plan
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a lender-ready business plan that will help me secure an SBA-backed bank loan. The document must be written to the standards most commercial lenders and the SBA expect: clear, data-driven, and convincing.
Please build it around three core sections:
• Market analysis grounded in current industry data and competitor benchmarking
• Detailed financial projections (income statement, cash-flow, balance sheet and break-even) for at least three years
• A practical operational plan that shows day-to-day execution and scalability
I will supply raw numbers, background notes on the company and any supporting research I already have. You will turn this material into a polished plan with charts, tables and narrative strong enough to withstand bank underwriting scrutiny.
Experience preparing SBA or other bank-focused plans is essential; familiarity with tools like LivePlan, BizPlanBuilder or similar is welcome as long as the final file comes back in an editable format (Word or Google Docs plus an Excel model).
Once the draft is ready, I’d like one revision round to tighten assumptions or clarify lender questions. On approval, the final deliverable is the full plan plus the underlying financial model.
