Hiring: Project Report & Loan Documentation Expert (MSME / Startup India)

We are looking to hire an experienced professional who can prepare complete loan documentation for our new company.

Scope of Work:

The selected candidate must prepare:

* Detailed Project Report (DPR)
* Comprehensive Business Plan
* Financial Projections (3–5 years)
* Loan Repayment Plan
* CMA Data (if required)
* MSME Loan Documentation Support
* Startup India Loan Documentation Support

The report must be suitable for submission to banks/financial institutions.

- Requirements:

* Prior experience in preparing project reports for bank loans
* Strong knowledge of MSME and Startup India loan schemes
* Ability to prepare realistic financial projections
* Understanding of DSCR, break-even analysis, cash flow statements
* Experience working with Indian banks preferred
* CA / Financial Consultant / Loan Consultant preferred
