I need a polished, lender-ready business plan that will accompany my application for a long-term loan. The company is already established, so much of the historical data exists; what I’m missing is a cohesive document that presents those figures—and our forward strategy—in the exact format banks and other institutional lenders expect.
Here is what I want from you:

• Five-year financial forecasts, complete with income statement, cash-flow projection and balance sheet, built in Excel so I can adjust assumptions later
