I need a polished investor-facing pitch deck backed by a comprehensive business plan for my on-demand home-services platform—think Urban Company, covering home cleaning, appliance repair, beauty services, pest control and an expanding menu of other household needs.
The primary objective is to attract equity investors, so every slide and section has to speak their language: clear market sizing, sharp unit economics, defensible competitive positioning and realistic yet compelling financial projections. I will supply our current service outlines, pricing ideas and operational notes; you will turn those inputs into a data-driven story that can withstand due diligence.
You should be comfortable:
• Conducting independent market research for the Indian urban services sector (TAM/SAM/SOM, growth rates, consumer trends).
• Building three- to five-year financial models with revenue drivers segmented by service line, fully linked P&L, cash-flow and balance-sheet statements, plus key ratios and IRR.
• Framing an investment ask that clearly shows use of funds, milestone-based deployment and projected investor returns.
• Designing a concise, visually engaging slide deck (PowerPoint or Google Slides) that pairs compelling narrative with crisp charts.
Acceptance criteria
1. Investor deck (≈30–45 slides) delivered in editable format.
2. Excel model with transparent formulas and a one-page dashboard summary.
3. Executive summary (1–2 pages) distilling the opportunity, traction and ask.
4. Citations for all external data points and research sources.
If you have an MBA in Finance or hold a CA and have previously prepared successful fundraising material for service marketplaces, I’d love your expertise.
