As a term project you are to plan a global expansion of an organization with existing or invented product or
service. by choosing a company or a product in a domestic market and expand into any country of your
choice. Give a reason for your choice. In conclusion, highlight in your recommendation if this was a success
or failure

COMPONENTS OF PROJECT
Using this extensive outline, your global plan report should cover the major areas provided in this outline.
Your report should be divided into three major sections:
1. Introduction: The first part of your paper should provide a background of your project, reason for
your choice of organization and the various areas you plan to highlight in your report.
2. Discussion: A detailed examinations of the areas listed in the outline should be provided in this
part.
3. Conclusion: The concluding part of your project should be a review of major as parts discussed in
your paper and recommendations to your organization to proceed or not with the global expansion.
