Business Plan: importing/selling a used car parts in Croatia

I am Estonian citizen and i want to move to Croatia, open a company and bank account there.
For this i need to describe my business plan to banks.

I’m launching a company that will import and sell automotive parts, and I need a comprehensive, professionally-written business plan—created mostly by human. The document has to be robust enough for banks, potential investors, and internal guidance.

Scope
• Core focus: a detailed Business Strategy section that maps out how we’ll enter and grow in the Croatian market.
• Marketing outlook: outline how a dedicated website, direct advertising, paid ads, promotion on a local marketplaces will drive qualified traffic.
• Standard components such as an Executive Summary, SWOT, competitor overview, operations roadmap, and (if you feel they strengthen the plan) market analysis, marketing plan or financial projections can be woven in, but the strategy piece must remain the centerpiece.

2. executive summary that I can circulate separately.
3. A brief appendix listing data sources and any assumptions made
