Business Plan from Bookkeeping Data
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have several years of day-to-day bookkeeping recorded in Excel and I need it transformed into a polished business plan that I can hand straight to a potential buyer. The end document must follow a standard business-plan structure and read professionally, yet still reflect the reality shown in my spreadsheets.
The story I need you to tell:
• A concise Executive Summary that highlights the business model, traction, and the immediate opportunity for an acquirer.
• A clear Market Analysis that explains where we sit in the market, key trends, and how those translate into growth potential.
• Robust Financial Projections built directly from my raw Excel data, with income statements, cash-flow forecasts, balance-sheet outlooks, and any relevant charts or ratios that a buyer will expect.
You will receive:
– Clean Excel files with categorised revenue, expenses, assets and liabilities.
– Brief notes on operations, competitive advantages, and future initiatives.
What I expect back:
1. A fully formatted Word document (and matching PDF) ready to share.
2. The supporting financial model in Excel so numbers can be traced and stress-tested.
3. Visuals—tables, graphs or charts—embedded where they strengthen the narrative.
Please be comfortable translating raw bookkeeping into buyer-ready insight, and able to spot and flag any gaps you think still need explaining.
