Arabic Biz Plan & KPI Dashboard
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m putting together a comprehensive, Arabic-language annual business plan for our Performance Management Department and need a professional who can shape it around one central theme: tangible operational improvements for the year ahead. Alongside the written plan, I also want an interactive dashboard—built either in Power BI or Excel—that lets the department track and visualise organisation-wide KPIs at a glance.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
• A clear, data-driven business plan (Arabic) that details objectives, initiatives, timelines and success measures, all firmly tied to operational efficiency.
• A companion dashboard that relies primarily on manual data entry yet still feels effortless to update, with clean visuals and drill-downs for cross-department performance insights.
• Core metrics should make it easy to compare employee output, project progress and other departmental results so leadership can instantly spot trends and act.
• Final deliverables: the formatted plan (Word or PDF), the editable dashboard file, and a brief walkthrough so my team can maintain both without outside help.
