Affordable Tech Startup Plan
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I am still shaping the core idea for a technology venture and need a full-scale business plan that fits within a total budget of ₹20,000. The document has to clarify the concept, map out a feasible go-to-market strategy, and be polished enough to show potential investors or banks later on, even though its first job is to guide my own thinking.
Here is what I expect to receive:
• Executive summary that captures the problem, solution, and unique value proposition
• Market and competitor analysis with verifiable data sources
• Product roadmap plus high-level technical requirements
• Go-to-market and customer acquisition strategy
• Three-year financial model in Excel (P&L, cash-flow, break-even, funding needs)
• Risk assessment and SWOT
• Actionable implementation timeline and key milestones
Acceptance criteria: the plan must be investor-ready, span roughly 25–30 pages, and include editable Excel sheets for all projections so I can tweak assumptions later.
A concise pitch deck in PowerPoint would be a welcome add-on if it can be kept within the same budget. Please outline your approach, which research sources you rely on, and how you will structure the financial model when you apply.
